Law360, New York (November 03, 2009) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has found that Applied Medical Distribution Corp. is entitled to an injunction barring The Surgical Co. BV from pursuing a contract suit against it in a Belgian court, saying the issues in the case must be resolved in a related case in a U.S. court.
